Effective January 26th our Lincoln office will be closing. As a result, all patients with scheduled appointments at the Lincoln office have been moved to our Warwick office (470 Toll Gate Rd #203, Warwick, RI 02886) same day and time.

Here are our new shot hours and locations:
Johnston Office:
- Monday: 1-6pm
- Tuesday: 7:30-10:45 am
Warwick Office:
- Tuesday: 8:30-11:30am – 1-5:30pm
- Wednesday: 8:45-11:30am – 1-5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:15-11:30am
- Friday: 7:30-12:00pm
East Providence Office:
- Wednesday: 8-11:30am – 1-5:30pm
