Statement of Responsibility |
Due to new insurance regulations we may not be able to skin test you on your initial office visit (this may not apply to your insurance). So in turn we will schedule your skin testing after your first visit. Please note, when scheduled for skin testing that we ask you to stop all antihistamines ( Benadryl, Loratadine, etc..) 4 days prior to appointment. This may also include Tylenol P.M., medications for vertigo such as meclizine, and various cold & allergy medications.
Finally, please take all of your prescription medications with you to your appointment or write down all medications and the doses taken. We look forward to seeing you at your appointment.
Please remember: We ask that you do not to use cologne, perfume, or scented lotions on your visit as some patients are sensitive to these scents.
